LOCAL SCHOLARSHIP & BURSARIES
· Below is the links for the Scholarship Booklet and Application form. Grads need to read the booklet if they are planning to apply for local scholarships or bursaries. Information sessions on the application process will be held during the lunch hour on February 3rd and February 4th in room 30. Grads planning to apply for scholarships or bursaries need to attend one of these meetings. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please see Mme Arthurson.
Grad 2010 Parent Executive Meetings
Wednesday, Feb 10th at 6pm in the PVSS Library!
All Parents are encouraged to attend! Meetings are held the second Wednesday of every month.
2010 GRAD INFORMATION UPDATE
Grad fees are $150.00! Fees are due by March 1st 2010
The Group Grad pictures at AES will be taking Friday, May 14th at 2:45pm. Please be on time, dressed in your formal attire.
Tickets for prom will need to be purchase for dates who are not part of the grad class. These tickets can be purchased in the office for $10.00
Grad Gown Sizing - Stop by the library to be sized for your gown
Grad Pictuers Proofs are available in the office - Retakes will take place on Fri, April 16th, sign up in the library. Life Touch will be in on Thurs, April 15 during parent/teacher interviews to help with grad photo orders.

GRADUATION TRANSITIONS
Every graduating student within the province of BC must receive 4 credits for "Graduation Transitions." This graduation requirement must be complete before your son/daughter can graduate from high school. Click on the link below to view the letter sent home with students.
